The inner cloth of the bag just got torn after the 1st use. I have heard Zouk is an expensive brand with good quality product. But I got so disappointed after using the brand for the 1st time. How can they give such a cheap material? They are duping their customers. I will go on social media with the images of the torn bag and will also mail this company who is selling cheap material taking so much money from the customers. This is utter bullshit. This is a worthless brand of bags. Will never recommend this to anyone.

The material is so good as expected and the size of the sling bag is bit big but i am loving it bcoz we can keep more items in the bag. Worth for the price. Most recommended product.
