Classy bag. Chains are very smooth. I am loving this bag ❤
A few operational experiences : you need to open both the chains on the top to open the bag because of its design restrictions.
The side pockets are not very usable or convenient because of the sliding down chain pattern.
The inner middle pocket is removable which tends to be unsticking if there is weight on either of the side.
Frontal small pocket does look big enough but it can only adjust one of your phone and earpods, i am talking about easy movements.
750ml of water bottle fits inside.

I did not like the product at all. I had to urgently go out of town and the product received late. Did not get time to see it properly. Now in other city cannot return also. Chain is not closing properly. Very much disappointed waste of money.
