In the beginning of my usage the earbuds worked very impressively. But it started showing problems after just 10 days of regular use. And I even filed a complaint regarding the issues. I was facing in the official brand web page. But my complaint wasn’t registered. Now the problems have increased to the extent of even the magnet of the right earbuds shows problems in connection even the case has problems.
